Move Intellectual Capital

Being a corporate mentor is not charity; it is injecting intellectual capital directly into the veins of the female entrepreneurial ecosystem. Your years of experience structuring corporates is the piece that a resilient woman needs to formalize.

Why be part of the change

Redirect Knowledge

What is a daily accounting or legal process for you, is the barrier between informality and financial freedom for them.

Measurable Impact

You are not here to give motivational talks. You are here to structure balance sheets, business models, and incorporation documents.

High-Level Networking

You will connect with other high-profile executives from the corporate ally network while transforming lives together.

Capacitation and Training Plan

Being a volunteer at Chingonas y Poderosas does not require extra time, but focused talent. Our model (inspired by JRF) requires each mentor to go through a 4-hour Mandatory Training where we guarantee that advice will be free of bias and based on institutional resilience.

1

Sensitive Onboarding

Training on migration trauma, economic violence, and radical structural empathy.

2

"Cohort" Assignment

One-on-one pairing with an entrepreneur according to your professional area of expertise (finance, legal, marketing, sales).

3

Mentorship via Secure Portal

100% confidential sessions recorded and auditable through our protected platform.
